We have used Midgett Realty (as well as other companies) and they are a great company to work with. We have rented from this group many times and have been fairly satisfied until this year. They did send a person back to vacuum after we called, but we quickly discovered that the house has a lot of accumulated neglect and every surface is sticky and dirty. This year our time slot land during the week of hurricane Florence. They are wonderful and have an excellent selection of properties. No where in the lease do they state they are not responsible for anything.
The house was dirty upon arrival, one of the heat pumps was not working properly, the pool pump was broken, and the hot tub was in need of servicing and cleaning.
The overall feeling I got in trying to deal with Midgett Realty was that the owner didn't care about the condition of the house and neither did they. We arrived Sunday evening and we evacuated the next morning. There is a reason you work at A to Z Discount Taxes, David, and I assume that's also the reason you had to keep our money, you second-rate underachiever.
