Not able to get ahold of anyone. We ordered a workout weight bench from this particular seller. Visit this website I have read that since the covid-19 pandemic, that Shopify has become mostly scam sites. I purchased a 2 person Hammock pad From lancelot2523 which should have been a quilt that attaches to a 2 person hammock. I research and report scam websites for a living. They said they would send fastest way they could . Shopify is a complete scam. See business transparency

They hijack facebookpages and pretend to sell you stuff to good to be true, that's just what it is! There are tens of thousands of these sites born daily.
They advertise that you can open a shop on Facebook. Really angry can any one help

I think this person works there and was able to provide us this tracking number to bide time while they made off with money. No tech support, very rude customer service, just disconnect from live chat and refused to help. 11 months ago Not a lawyer - but you should be fine, shopify controls the payment process, as a store owner you can't edit much on the checkout pages - just be sure it was an actual shopify site and not a shopily or shapify or something like that. Never received it. It's just too easy for them to get away with it.
SCAM. Holding needed money captive by a company who lies about how long refunds take. Ordered stainless dish drain april 12 just received yesterday piece of metal and shaped like for a bar of hand soap. What is Shopify? JSCFCU has reported no refund has been transmitted and it will go into charge back for fraud if not there by friday. I purchased an inflable spray booth from them I guess I'm out my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM; THEY ARE A FRAUD. Need new laws that hold those hosting these scammers accountable. The tracking shows the package was delivered in a mailbox. I did not realize that their phone number was fake and they listed a Virginia address. What I received was a one person hammock that doesn’t even fit a standard stand here in the United States. The only contact we got from them was a shipment confirmation from the seller. Buyer beware. The worst company, frist off the dropshipping takes to long to get to the states 45 to 65 days and even if you tell customer it will take a while , then they get a full refund and the product, so you become way out of pocket inexpenses,then they take there side when they know the ordering, and shipping, don't use them find something better Shopify is nothing but scum!! This happened to me on a $150 order. I ordered mine on facebook. Placed an order with Pepllo on 19 june and had a notification of shipment on 24 june with a royal mail tracking number that is not recognised and have had no delivery as yet. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE DOLL I ORDERED.
Now we are currently disputing everything with paypal to get our money back. Some have claimed refunds took over 14 days. Your experience can help others make better choices. It is impossible to put a dent in this atrocity. They told me to mail it back at my expense which by the way is more than $50 for shipping. They would give me a refund .
