He said small tour groups would be “manageable, much more so than if the property was turned into a residential development.”Armbrust said that Booth “wants it to be a low-impact facility that is compatible with the surrounding neighborhoods and respectful of the issues relating to safety along RM 2222.”Future traffic from the Holdsworth Center development is limited to 400 cars a day, said Armbrust, who also handled that zoning case. He said the art and grounds can be most appreciated by small groups, not big crowds.“I don’t want it overrun with lots of people,” Booth said.
