Extremely difficult to keep the place warm. I've lived in these Townhomes for what's going on my third year. With spacious, two-bedroom floor plans and custom finish options, our cozy, three-floored brownstone layouts feature a full basement, additional storage, full-sized washer/dryer, and hardwood flooring. Instead of keeping up the apartments they spend their money on landscaping.
