This park is amazing it has water skiing, bike and hiking trails, camp grounds and a splash adventure park. (Drop off trailer is in the first small parking area on the left)I ran the dirt trail (Red markers), but the recording stopped when I turned around.
Also, there is a water park on site, water skiing and mountain biking trails. The trail is completely covered and has a lot access to the main road to get back to parking.
Great for all age groups. You can book a traditional tent or there are two Native American teepees near the entrance. Fun for walking, jogging, biking, kids and doggies. Trails are not lighted at night and individuals found on the trails after dark can be charged with trespassing.

Well.maintained with lots of ameneties to offer..Seen a.lot of deer so make sureto use bug spray if you chose to take the dirt trail by the lake other wise most of the trails are paved . Make sure to bring plenty of light because it gets dark after 11. First off I do not agree with intermediate rating, I have road down hill in Vermont and this is just as difficult if not more.

When the weather isn't unbearably hot, you can have a great time walking, running or just having a nice picnic. My nearly 1 year old loved it.

Inside the visitors’ center are three art galleries featuring the work of local artists. I remember coming here a while ago to attending the Renaissance Festival and thought it's a nice park. If you like to hike, explore on foot or even jog/ run this RV park or campground has access to hiking trails. Maybe I am mistaken of what I saw. This run was in honor of Vin Altebrando!

They have the Food Truck Invasion here twice a month and for the last few months it's been my favorite spot to take my pups for long walks/runs around the lakes inside the park. I come back every year for Renaissance Festival. There are summer concerts, Bicycle and watercraft rentals, lots of trails and picnic areas, and a dog park. Two additional campers may be added at $3 plus tax per camper per night, for a total of six campers. Eventually, the parcel will be open to the public as an extension of Quiet Waters Park, growing the park to 359 acres. Animal friendly campsites! From the Renaissance Festival to huge family picnics, there is almost always an interesting event going on. Report other concerns to Rangers or other personnel on the trail or the Ranger Station on Earleigh Heights Road.There are no entrance or parking fees for any Anne Arundel County Trail.
My family and I had the opportunity have Molly Winkelman be our captain and instructor on a week long excursion. We live across the street and I cannot wait until my son gets older so we can try the camp grounds. You must check in to the left and drive a few miles to the park which was unmonitored the day I was there.
