I am currently in the office daily, so feel free to call if any questions. The visitors, who were there, but not for our wedding, were very friendly and polite. A small amount to enjoy the trees, plants, flowers and wildlife they have. There are washrooms just outside the changing area.For wedding events during the Garden Season (June 27- September 30, 2020 and May 29 - September 25, 2021), if there is good weather on the day of your wedding, we will give you the option to move the ceremony to one area outdoors - the Event Garden. It is small but with variety.
The sweet smell of flowers on a warm spring night; the serene garden beds only interrupted by romantic foot bridges and Italian inspired fountains; to the still-as-glass pools, beauty is literally everywhere you turn. Walk outside but also enjoy the indoor "green house". It serves as a beautiful indoor wedding site year round. Though I found map of Garden a bit confusing to navigate. Olbrich Botanical Gardens was our first stop in Madison this past weekend and what a way to kick off the long weekend than to explore some beautiful gardens! Olbrich Gardens was beautiful for our wedding. Olbrich has three rooms inside the botanical center that are available for rental year-round, each of which overlooks the stunning scenery of the Outdoor Gardens. It is beautiful and the Thai pavillion is stunningWonderful array of different plant environments beautifully laid out. Olbrich's Event Garden is beautifully landscaped with seasonal annuals and a dark wood pergola.

All evening events must conclude in time for everything to be cleaned up no later than 11:00 p.m. Food service is available through local caterers that are contracted to provide food service at Olbrich Gardens. Working with the rental coordinator was easy and quick. The Evjue Commons serves as the site for wedding receptions.The Evjue Commons can accommodate up to 150 people for dining and dancing. The Atrium is an open and airy room that features glass walls and a vaulted glass ceiling framed by oak beams and flagstone walls.
