Now, the young adults that predominantly staff Grandview are great, the north pool is new and nice and the location on the lake is great.

But the new Linden cottages don't even have curtains - so we have no privacy from these young men literally 2 ft from our cottage.

There is a playground right across from our cabin so our kids were in and out on their own all the time - imagine THEY found the box cutter first??!? I take the garbage bags in and proceed to open them up...only to find out I am literally opening a garbage bag of OTHER GUESTS' GARBAGE. It was so ridiculous to just leave that lying around with a 5, 3 and 1 yr old out and about. We have young children so the early time didn't bother me. 65+ Year-round Activities. -Right off the bat, our stay did not start well.

She literally had not one worry that an 11-month-old might not have a place to sleep for the night. The two-bedroom is adequately priced for what you get. New recreation center, NorthPark live cam. The cabin was dated, the carpet was bordering on disgusting, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were the tiny motel type, one of the showers was comically small and hardly usable, there is only a microwave (no stove), the cabinets/furniture/kitchenware are in desperate need of replacing, etc. They have the staff outside at 11am waiting for guests to vacate. The food was good and the cucumber drink was great.
I would go so far as to stay it the worst vacation value of my many vacations.
The Linden Cottages ARE brand new and well designed but the one-bedroom is SO SEVERELY OVERPRICED. Read more about our StaySafe Initiative and what amenities and restaurants we have available. If we didn't pay so much money, I wouldn't be so angry/disappointed.

45 Holes of Championship Golf. That said, we did manage to take in the lake and the rec center and to eat and drink quite well.
