From May 15th to October 30th, Covert Campground offers a combined 62 developed and primitive sites. It is a lot smaller and quieter then the state parks. See all nearby attractions.

All day use pass holders have access to our restrooms. If you want a really great spot to camp, there are two tent sites that are tucked up in the sand dunes. We have 2 separate loops of developed sites (water & electricity included). With that being said, it really could use a few upgrades to make it an even more worthwhile stay.

Hours are from 8am-10pm. Our developed sites located in two separate camping loops, have water and 30 amp hook-ups, with a dump station on site. The vibrancy and beauty of Lake Michigan, the serenity of our countryside and the rich stories of our past fill this land with creative inspiration. Amp hook-ups vary per site.
