Lots of round molasses and sugars on the bottom. No age statement. I'm drinking with mix, namely cola, and the bottom end on this is rich. I miss the old V/X, which is a step up from their Signature Blend. It is not a sipping rum after a good dinner with good company. I am so glad to be able to continue buying Appleton instead of giving up on them.

I am not a rum connoisseur but i have tried a few different rums and this is the best i have tasted so far, it is nice on it's own or mixed, you can get cheaper so called 'navy' rums but compared to this, they are rubbish.
