It's nice being able to read the on-line version but sheesh, coming home to piles of old papers is infuriating!I have a Greenville News subscription for online and Sunday paper delivery. Instead of billing each month like any reputable company, it is sort of hit or miss.

After multiple days of late paper delivery, we receive a notice that our subscription is going up from $30 to $60 a month! Especially in World Events. Leave that Jesus guy alone for once and take ownership of your actions. Only a low class cartoon commentary. Sports is terrible unless it's local.I love newspapers.
They are never late debiting our card for payment but the paper is not delivered 3 or more times a week. It seems to overly highlight the "religious" ones.
I have NEVER received my Sunday delivery without calling the newspaper customer service. Without a doubt the worst delivery service ever. Even then I thought it was only worth 25 cents. The price keeps going up, and this poorly-written, non-edited rag just is not worth it.Unreliable delivery. I moved here from Salt Lake City and still read their digital paper which is free and offers much more content.
But what really disturbs me is the letters it publishes. Never have I had this issue with any other state I have lived in.Customer Service is offshore and no help at all. If your paper isn't delivered, you can try to deal with the automated switchboard, which just tells you your carrier will be notified, or you can fight your way through to a person, who will tell you, "Sorry." I have called, emailed and texted to try and resolve this issue but still can not get my paper! If we have to go out of town and place a "vacation hold" we've come back home to find two dozen newspapers piled on the driveway! There's nothing wrong with it to a degree, but when the letters are written by borderline "religious fanatics" - it really dumbs down the paper. Poor customer service. If we're in town we enjoy getting the local newspaper and TGN is fine.
